Philosophy and style:

Alex got started in his fitness career at Western Kentucky University in the recreation center. Fitness and a healthy lifestyle has been a huge aspect of his own life since he was young, and his passion for this career has only grown as time has passed.

Alex's fitness philosophy is not only to help you move, but to make sure you are moving efficiently. Through corrective exercise, motivation and behavioral strategies he models his clients programs in a way that is very specific to their individual needs. Alex believes that convenience is the number one barrier to living a healthy lifestyle; so he started this company to bring wellness to you.

 

Alex has worked with many different populations of people, including: pregnant, geriatric, special needs, athletes, and individuals with various medical conditions. He believes that his corrective exercise method is appropriate for everyone and coincides with their individual goals.  He is extremely passionate about what he does and is excited to help you move and feel your best!
